How to get to Pedasi

By Car

Take the Pan-American Highway, from either direction. It doesn’t matter which way you’re heading you need to take the Divisa turnoff heading South towards Chitre.

The turnoff is not well marked so keep your eyes open for the overpass going across the highway, this road will take you all the way to Pedasi.

Continue on the main highway passing the towns of Chitre, Las Tablas, and Pedasi.

By Bus

From the main terminal in the city at the Albrook Bus Terminal (call them on +507 303–3030 for more information) they have plenty of buses departing throughout the day. (Almost every hour) Takes about 5 hours

Take the bus from the city to Las Tablas. From Las Tablas bus depot catch a taxi to the shuttle/ minibus stop (about 2dollars) then hop on a minibus to Pedasi (about 2.50). They usually stop outside the Supermarket and municipal office in Pedasi ( where the big Pedasi sign is) you can walk from there or catch a yellow taxi if you have lots of luggage which will be about 3 dollars.

By Air

Flights to Pedasi are available on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from the Albrook National Airport with Air Panama.

By Taxi

Take a taxi from Las Tablas or Chitre. Fare from Las Tablas or Chitre it’s more like $30-$35.


Take the shuttle from the airport or from Panama City to Pedasi (about 35 dollars)

Monday – Saturday:

Tocumen airport – Playa Venao: 6:30am

Panama city – Playa Venao: 7:30 am

Playa Venao – Panama city – 7:30 am
